FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

Supplementing Litters: Mix 5 cups or 1.1 pounds of birthright baby pig powder per gallon of water. Birthright should be fed cold from 12 hours of age to day 14 and then discontinued to encourage the consumption of creep feed.

Orphan Pigs: Mix 8 cups of milk powder per gallon.
Allow pigs to consume free choice.

  • Be sure pigs receive adequate colostrums as soon after birth as possible.
  • Milk dispensers must be cleaned daily.
  • Place milk dispenser in an area that drains well.
  • If scours occur, double the amount of milk powder. If the scours do not clear up, remove the milk and put the piglets on an electrolyte solution. Contact your veterinarian.
